By accessing or using the website ("Site") at ykexecutivesearch.com, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms govern only the use of the Site. Any advisory or service relationship with YK Executive Search is subject to a separately executed agreement or engagement terms.

Descriptions of services, industries, and processes on the Site are provided for general information. They do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, a placement commitment, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Submitting a contact form, corresponding through the Site, or sharing candidate information does not by itself create an advisory, employment, agency, or representation relationship.

YK Executive Search operates as a private employment agency under license no. 1820, issued by İŞKUR on 03.03.2025. Under Law No. 4904 on the Turkish Employment Agency, no fee is charged to job seekers.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not disrupt its operation, attempt to bypass security, obtain unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or interfere with another person's use of the Site.

You must not use unauthorized automated tools to collect Site content, overload the Site, build a database from its content, use content misleadingly, or suggest an affiliation with YK Executive Search without permission.

The text, branding, logo, design, images, graphics, and other content on the Site belong to YK Executive Search or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or present a substantial part of the content elsewhere as your own. Short quotations permitted by law must identify the source.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. A link does not imply endorsement of the relevant content or service. The third-party provider is responsible for its site's availability, content, security, and practices.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information current and accurate, but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. We may change content without prior notice where necessary.
